On June 30, 2016, my watercolor, “Fountains”, was installed in the sales office of Delta Management, the realty firm that owns the Historical District building I used to live in when in Jackson Heights, NYC.

They bought the painting a couple years ago and it hung in their Manhattan offices, but soon decided to use it as a selling point when Washington Plaza changed to co-op status.
Delta Management also kindly had a brass plaque made with my artist’s information too!

I painted “Fountains” in the bright spring sun of 2010. I loved that courtyard – so beautiful in all seasons and all weathers. A big thank you to Marilyn Sollar of Delta Management, and Eric Teperman for brokering the sale.
