Cycles of Healing 
I have been getting the same info you described but never looked at it as a communication with anything, but more of an awareness of it. Thank you for the information. How do I change it from being aware of it, into a ‘communication’?

Hi, Christine, thank you for taking the time to watch our video. My feeling about it is that when one becomes aware of anything, that is the communication. It doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s communication method. It’s important at this Timing, that we develop our own relationship to the One’s (whatever you might call it: your Higher You, the Divine, ETs, etc) from whom we receive awareness/communication. if you mean, how to you respond or communicate back, then just talk out loud to the Presence. Trust it is getting through, because it is. Does this makes sense? I hope I understood your question correctly. Blessings to you.
